Where do I go for help with…?

We Know Training provides customer support to RapidLMS users.

The We Know Training Customer Support team can assist you with technical questions or course navigation. If you can’t find a solution here, you can email: customers@weknowtraining.ca with your concern or question and the team will assist.

The College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) provides support regarding your application, permit and course content.

The registration department can assist you in understanding application requirements or status. Email: registration@nurses.ab.ca with your concern or question.

A nurse educator can assist you in understanding course objectives or content. Email: learn@nurses.ab.ca with your concern or question.

My course isn't working properly, where do I go for help?

How do I complete my course?

The CRNA courses require completion of each course item.

It is recommended to complete the course items in order, working from the top to the bottom of the page, but not required.

  • The “Continue Training” button at the very top of the page will take you directly to the next incomplete course item.
  • If a course item says “Begin” it has not yet been attempted.
  • If a course item says “Continue” it has been started but not completed.
  • For exams, the “Review” button (where enabled) allows you to review feedback on your previous exam attempts while the “Continue” button will let you take another attempt.

Your course will show as 100% completed in RapidLMS once finished.

Your status will be updated in College Connect automatically.
